In ‘Changing Our Industry’ our Security Teams are characterised by their preventative, perceptive and professional nature in delivering a ‘shared-responsibility’ solution.

Customer Care

Churchill has a dedicated customer services department that provides ‘a face’ to help support our client base and local management teams. The success of this personal interaction has been one of the key factors in our growth and we now determined to transfer this ‘local’ model throughout the UK.

Churchill’s customer services department handles all incoming calls and emails from our entire client portfolio providing:

  • A ‘one-stop shop’ for the reporting and resolution of issues and requests
  • A complete communication history of a client through our Customer Relationship Management software
  • A platform for auditing and reporting of achieved standards

All contract communications are recorded, managed and monitored by incorporating specialist software which forms part of our formal monthly reporting procedure. Through close liaison with our operational managers, the Customer Services Team initiates appropriate procedures to ensure that a timed response is agreed with the client, leading to a satisfactory resolution.
