Our tailored key holding service is a tailored and compliant (BS7984) solution that undertakes the responsibility of holding your keys securely and responds to appropriate requests for access and alarm activations at your premises.
All of our security teams are professionally trained, licensed and experienced to deal with any situation. Our key holding service is underpinned by our National Customer Support Control Room and supported by real-time technologies for communication, navigation, location, on-off site timing and man-down/distress alerting.
Our aim is to respond to alarm activation events immediately and re-secure your premises as quickly as possible, by liaising with the alarm receiving company to verify the cause of the alarm event and co-ordinate the appropriate response.
In addition, Churchill provide a range of cost effective solutions to protect and monitor vacant property as well providing protective or reactive maintenance and repair solutions for any vacant premises through our Churchill Maintenance division.
