We are pleased to announce that Alice Ward, Business Support Apprentice in our Southern region has successfully completed her Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
Alice’s role for the past year has combined Account Management, directly managing a small portfolio in the Worthing area, and Business Development, providing support to the Southern Sales Team in securing new business opportunities. She has learned about account management, staffing issues and welfare, budgeting, developing new business, writing and costing opportunities, presentations and much more.
At Churchill we believe excellent service is underpinned by excellent people who have been equipped with the right skills and tools to do their jobs to the highest possible quality. We are proud to offer a wide range of training, development and apprenticeship schemes to all staff members and potential new employees and are delighted to now include Alice in our list of success stories. Having completed her apprenticeship, Alice will now decide whether to pursue the Account Management or the Business Development aspect of her role.
