We are pleased to announce that Alice Ward, Business Support Apprentice in our Southern region has successfully completed her Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Customer Service.

Alice’s role for the past year has combined Account Management, directly managing a small portfolio in the Worthing area, and Business Development, providing support to the Southern Sales Team in securing new business opportunities. She has learned about account management, staffing issues and welfare, budgeting, developing new business, writing and costing opportunities, presentations and much more.

At Churchill we believe excellent service is underpinned by excellent people who have been equipped with the right skills and tools to do their jobs to the highest possible quality. We are proud to offer a wide range of training, development and apprenticeship schemes to all staff members and potential new employees and are delighted to now include Alice in our list of success stories. Having completed her apprenticeship, Alice will now decide whether to pursue the Account Management or the Business Development aspect of her role.

Peter Griffiths, Operations Director says: “Congratulations to Alice for completing her apprenticeship. We are pleased to have been able to support her learning and development and look forward to Alice joining the Churchill Team on a full time and permanent basis.”

Jo Leggett, Senior Business Development Manager adds: “Alice has been an invaluable addition to both the Operations and Sales Teams throughout the course of her apprenticeship. I have been impressed by her attitude to work and dedication to learning and would like to congratulate her on successfully completing her apprenticeship.”
