Churchill account director shortlisted at PFM Awards

Raphael Sagula, Account Director for Portfolio by Churchill, has been shortlisted in the Account Director of the Year category at the PFM Awards 2019 for his work with CBRE for Deutsche Bank.

Following Portfolio’s win of the Deutsche Bank cleaning contract, Raphael Sagula created an authentic partnership between the client and the on-site staff. Over a 12-month period, Raphael has transformed the morale of the team on the ground, brought in new staff, instituted a dedicated training programme and introduced a new operations management team.

In doing so, Raphael has proven Portfolio’s strength of delivering high quality customer service to ensure an environment the client can be proud of.

Joe Saisi, Operations Director for London & South East, Portfolio by Churchill, commented: “We are thrilled that Raphael has been shortlisted for the Account Director of the Year award. He has worked tirelessly since joining the team and has proven himself to be an excellent client relationship manager, an expert at service delivery and a skilled people manager and motivator.”

At Portfolio, Raphael has proven himself to be an effective leader with a great team working attitude. He is responsible for 116 staff in eight different locations across his division.

The awards ceremony takes place on the 6th November 2019, when we look forward to hearing the final results from this exciting development for Raphael and Churchill.
