Churchill Services Group is pleased to announce the successful mobilisation of our cleaning contract at Barnfield College, Bedfordshire. It includes delivery to both campuses and follows the commencement of our catering contract at the end of 2015.
We have appointed a single Operations Manager to simultaneously run both contracts, which ensures the college benefits from a combined service delivery. We are able to deliver increased efficiencies as a result of close collaboration between the cleaning and catering teams.
Our cleaning contract covers the provision of general cleaning, window cleaning and supply of consumables, through a team delivering over 100 cleaning hours per week. We mobilised at the Technology Centre at the beginning of January and will begin delivery at the main site in February.
Our three-year catering partnership with the college mobilised in September 2015, focusing on healthy high street food with a twist and a commitment to offering students improved value for money. As well as carrying out a complete makeover to the main site, we installed a Costa coffee shop, which opens late to cater for evening classes and has proved very popular with both staff and students.
Our head office is located less than 10 miles away from Barnfield College, meaning we can truly deliver a local combined service. We look forward to developing a strong and evolving partnership with the college throughout the duration of the contracts with seamless delivery of both services.
