Churchill Environmental Services has been awarded a contract with China Fleet Club – one of the UK’s leading country clubs.
The contract – commencing from January 1st – applies to the main building complex on China Fleet Club’s picturesque site, situated on the cusp of both Devon and Cornwall and 15 minutes from Plymouth. This is one of the first contracts that will adopt CATI, a new software platform developed by Churchill for the built environment.
CATI was sold-in as an additional offering as part of Churchill’s existing environmental services contract with the country club and will run for three years. The new software is an intuitive SaaS platform for compliance providing a high-level view of an organisation’s entire property portfolio. Depending on urgency, CATI will highlight a specific piece of legislation with either red, amber, or green, and alert the relevant parties when any specific remedial action is required. This will ensure that China Fleet Club’s site remains safe and statutory.
China Fleet Club’s facilities cater to a large range of leisure activities, with accommodation, spa, health club, restaurants and golf courses all available on site. Corporate events and weddings are also catered for with large conference rooms and event spaces.
James Bradley, Director of Complete Compliance, said: “CATI has been a labour of love for the compliance team and we’re thrilled to see it now being put to use! We saw a gap in the market for a service that managed compliance – a complicated issue – in a user-friendly way. China Fleet Club will now have complete transparency and peace of mind, protecting both employees and customers from unnecessary risk. This also marks Churchill’s first steps towards digitising FM processes for our clients – so watch this space!”
