Churchill Partners with Bradford College for Cleaning Contract

May 5, 2016

We have successfully mobilised our cleaning contract with Bradford College.

After a six month period working with the in-house cleaning team on an ad hoc basis and providing support covering vacancies, we are delighted that we have now successfully mobilised the full cleaning contract.

Bradford College is a large provider of further and higher education with approximately 25,000 students, studying a range of courses from introductory level through to postgraduate level.

The three-year partnership includes the provision of cleaning services to the whole college portfolio, including the newly-built David Hockney Building near Bradford city centre. We will be trialling innovative new machinery to ensure continuous improvement from day one of the contract.

In line with college’s missions to ‘work together to create a better future for all through education, enterprise and employment,’ Churchill is working in true partnership with the Estates and Facilities Department to ensure we deliver clean and functional learning environments which are optimally conducive to learning, working and interacting.

We currently provide similar services to over 40 colleges throughout the UK and are particularly excited to be working with Bradford College. The college Estates and Facilities Department is extremely well structured and professional, which has aided a smooth transition to Churchill. The level of on-site cooperation and a shared working direction have been significant factors that have made the implementation a resounding success and we look forward to developing a strong and evolving partnership with the college over the following years and delivering a seamless service.
