Combined service delivery in partnership with CBRE

April 26, 2017

Churchill has been appointed by CBRE to manage the joint cleaning and security contract for one of their flagship financial services clients in London.

The client is a global investment banking and financial services group and a leading specialist within corporate finance, employing over 14,000 staff in 27 countries around the world.

The contract, which will run for an initial three-year period, will cover cleaning and security services to the UK’s state of the art and innovative headquarters on Ropemaker Street, London. Our philosophy and vision for the contract is ‘Making Good Great’ – to deliver the world class expectations commanded by the client and to meet the property’s true potential of service delivery.

In order to deliver our Making Good Great philosophy, we will focus on four key areas: customer service, training, innovation and a ‘one team.’ Central to our proposed philosophy and delivery model was the creation of a ‘Centre of Excellence’ on-site at Ropemaker Street, London. This ‘Centre of Excellence’ will serve as a beacon to our wider London operational delivery models and beyond. It will visibly highlight the highest levels of excellence in both service delivery and customer service and fundamentally help instil leading behaviours throughout the entire Delivery Team.

Antony Law, Managing Director for London, commented: “This is a hugely exciting contract for Churchill in London. It aligns with our strategy to grow our combined services delivery portfolio and being awarded this prestigious contract offers the best platform to move forwards. The win demonstrates Churchill’s capability in this area and we are delighted to have been selected as a trusted partner.”

Daniel Hawkins, Regional Account Director for CBRE remarked: “CBRE were looking for a service partner that demonstrated from the outset their determination, passion, commitment and capability to deliver a best in class cleaning & security solution, to support our vision of creating a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for our Flagship Financial Services Client – Churchill stood out at each stage of the process as that organisation.  We were impressed with their focus on innovation, service excellence, technology and their consultative approach to building their solution.  We had every confidence that they were the right service partner and now we have mobilised and are working together to build our ‘Centre of Excellence’ that confidence was not overstated – they are delivering on everything they promised they would.”
