Pride Catering by Churchill attended the Hospitality Assured Awards held at Westminster College on 13th June as a finalist in the ‘Champion’ category.
Hospitality Assured is the quality standard created by the Institute of Hospitality specifically for customer facing businesses. The Awards are an opportunity to celebrate excellence and service quality within the catering industry. Award categories include ‘Champion,’ ‘Most Improved Score’ and ‘Best Newcomer.’
Full audits are carried out every two years to ensure the accreditation standards are still being met, with interim audits taking place at various intervals during that time.
Following an annual audit in January this year, it was suggested we put ourselves forward for the awards, and we are delighted to have been named a finalist in the overall Champion category.
Our selection as a finalist in the awards is external recognition of our credibility within the catering industry and highlights our excellent service offering for current and future clients.
Joan Gilbert, Director, says: “Pride has been accredited with Hospitality Assured since 2008 and find that the 9 steps of the process and subsequent audits keep the business focused on our objectives to achieve a consistent quality service to our customers and clients. We are delighted to be recognised with this recent award”.
