Job Description:

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE – Team Leader Required – Full Time [Including Weekends] – Cambridge Station (CB1 2JW).

Various Shift Patterns – 37.5+ HRS Per Week – Must be flexible to work weekends.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Train Presentation Team at Cambridge Station (CB1 2JW).

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual that takes pride in their work to meet our high cleaning standards:

• Full cleaning of carriages –
• – Removing litter/emptying bins.
• – Sanitising touch points and surfaces.
• – Cleaning spillages.
• – Cleaning toilets.

• – Mopping/vacuuming.

• Biohazard removal.
• Sharps removal.

• Completion of work-completion documentation and records.
• Completion of daily audits to assess cleaning standards achieved.
• Supporting the Site Supervisor and leading a team of Cleaning Operatives, ensuring that all expected works are delivered to a sufficient standard.

Full extensive training will be provided on all aspects of the job, with certifications provided to evidence competency in specific areas.

What we need from you:

• Must be in good health for a Full Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.

• Must be flexible in working hours including weekends and be able to handle high pressure environments.
• Prior cleaning experience preferable, though not necessary as full training will be provided.

• Good communication skills.
