Clean environments make people happier

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our growing London division overseeing a large corporate portfolio.

As a Contract Manager, you will be supporting the Account Director ensuring high standards are achieved, while maximising business opportunities with a hands-on approach. You will provide outstanding management and direction to a team of 10 Managers, demonstrating the energy and drive to take the contract forward.

As a Contract Manager, you will be:

  • Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
  • Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery
  • Managing, recruiting, and coaching service teams
  • Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Account Director
  • Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
  • Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.

As a Contract Manager, you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience successfully overseeing large value contracts
  • Excellent time management skills, with the flexibility to manage day and night teams
  • A strong sense of commercial awareness paired with financial management, and IT literacy
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
