We are seeking a Cleaning Account Manager to oversee 2 large building in London for a corporate client.  

This role would suit a people-focused Manager who can motivate their team to ensure the high-specification cleaning standards are met and maintained to a high level. As Cleaning Account Manager, you will report regularly to the client and be people-focused.

This position will sit under our Portfolio division, which is our high-specification cleaning service for professional workplaces. It’s specifically designed for organisations for whom a higher standard of care and finish really matters – because the way their environment looks and feels is important to their business. It impacts their people’s well-being and productivity and reflects their organisation’s professionalism and quality.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll be:

  • Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
  • Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery
  • Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Regional Director.
  • Holding regular contract and specification review meetings with the client
  • Being responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
  • Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.

As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll have:

  • Excellent communication and people and change management skills
  • Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
  • Experience working with commercial clients previously would be highly desirable
