We are delighted to share news of recent cleaning contract extensions in our Hertfordshire, East Anglia and Essex region, which demonstrates the commitment of our local management teams and the excellent service delivery offered by Churchill.
We have extended our contract with Shenfield High School, Essex, for a further two years following a successful three year partnership. Excellent relationships between the school and Churchill management, as well as an improved service delivery and the commitment from our dedicated on site team were key to our extension.
Additionally, our East Anglia team have successfully extended their partnership with Bungay High School, Suffolk for an additional three years. We have enjoyed a successful working relationship with the school for the past three years and delivered a consistently high level of service demonstrated by regular quality audits. Our new contract will deliver enhanced productivity levels and continued high standards with total focus on a “working in partnership approach” to service delivery.
Harlow Council have also stated their intention to extend their contract for a further two years and demonstrated their commitment to the workforce by continuing to support the Living Wage Foundation pay rates across the cleaning contract portfolio. This contract has been a big success with Churchill improving service delivery and delivering higher standards across all sites, including the bus terminal.
Finally we have also extended our partnership with The Bishop’s Stortford High School in Hertfordshire, which started in 2011and as extended for a further 2 years with a “best value” approach to the schools needs to streamline and demonstrate their commitment to providing a fit for purpose facility for the students and other users.
In addition to the contract extensions, we have recently completed the successful mobilisation of cleaning contracts at three academies in the Academies Enterprise Trust, as well as the head office in Essex.
