Our New Ethos: Forward Thinking

As a central part of our new rebrand and fresh identity, we have created a new company… ethos – ‘Forward Thinking’.

Not only does it capture our spirit of continual transformation and innovation; it also encapsulates the narrative of our success so far.

Even our new logo captures this ethos in its design. The vignetted appearance which darkens from left to right is a deliberate attempt to mirror our continual development as are the divisional coloured shapes which have been designed to potentially incorporate further divisions in the future.

We have always been forward thinking. For each service we deliver, our strategy has been to excel, then innovate, then advance, and as a result these three key objectives now form our main company values.

In summary, excellence underpins our ‘Forward Thinking™’ ethos and provides the foundation and confidence to innovate, then ultimately advance.

This considered approach has facilitated the seamless and stable expansion of the Churchill family. We continue to embrace new disciplines and specialisms; widening capability and adding value for our customers, yet retaining a consistency of Churchill’s values.
