We are delighted to renew our cleaning contract with the distinguished London Oratory School for a further three years, taking the length of our partnership to nine years.
Our original contract started in 2009 and we are proud of our achievements so far, and are pleased to be able to add to these in the next three years. As part of the contract renewal process, we carried out a review of the entire service delivery, including remapping of the areas to be cleaned and the scope of services. Additionally, the site team has been re-engineered to match the changing and developing needs of the school.
We have put in place a three-year plan with the school to introduce the London Living Wage – a voluntary hourly rate set independently and updated on an annual basis by the Living Wage Foundation.
The dedication of the Operations Team has been integral to the success of the contract during the past six years. In particular the on-site supervisor, Alfonso, who provides fantastic support and has built a strong relationship with school staff; and Account Manager Jola Chmielewska who has supported the contract with the upmost care and dedication. It is these personal relationships developed by Jola, Alfonso and other members of the Operational Team that have helped enormously towards ensuring our re-award of this contract.
