Retaining and developing talent at Churchill

Joe Saisi, Operations Director for London and the South East, would like to highlight a recent example of retaining and developing talent within his region.

Following an impressive career with Churchill to date, George Njeri has successfully progressed from Key Account Manager to Operations Manager for the Home Counties, following a recent short period of looking after the region. George has shown real dedication and his proactive management style has already had a really positive and tangible impact on our customers.
