Amulet launches new communications and security centre

Amulet, the specialist security solutions provider of the Churchill Group, has relocated its core security control hub. The new Command, Control and Intelligence Centre (CCIC) will enable the company to enhance its services, advance its technology and develop its people from one central location.

The move will further develop Amulet’s partnership with its intelligence provider, The Senate Group. Locating the CCIC at Senate’s own National Operations Centre will allow Amulet’s customers to benefit further from Senate’s extensive expertise in the monitoring and intelligence field and offer a greater breadth of integrated monitoring, intelligence and control centre services.

Darren Read, managing director at Amulet, said: “This move symbolises the direction Amulet is proudly heading in. We are growing rapidly and enjoying every success. The CCIC will enable us to develop our services further and continue to position Amulet as a leading security provider in the UK.”

Amulet will now be able to better tailor services to meet specific client needs. The new centre represents the ongoing commitment by the business to continue to innovate and improve service delivery for clients.

Key features of the CCIC include intelligent monitoring and reporting, a 24/7 major incident response capability, lone worker protection and twin-layer backup resilience.

The advantage of having access to vital intelligence and risk analysis allows for the delivery of relevant solutions and ensures that the introduction of new technologies meets the specific requirements of each individual customer. The CCIC offers an end-to-end service, taking an analytical approach in designing a solution, taking control in monitoring it and then working to continuously improve it.

Named as winners of the ‘Partners in Expert Services – Public Sector’ award at the PFM Partnership Awards and recognised as Security Guarding Company of the Year over 25m Turnover at the Security and Fire Excellence Awards in November 2019, Amulet has already enjoyed a successful year of development and expansion. This move represents the ambitious plans for the organisation’s future, and its commitment to bettering its current services.
