Churchill appoints Andrew Broderick as Group QHSE and Sustainability Director

Churchill has recently appointed Andrew Broderick as Group QHSE and Sustainability Director.

Andrew brings over 20 years’ experience within the field of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment, having previously held senior roles in several sectors, including director of health, safety and sustainability at Aldar Properties, QHSE performance director at Mace Macro, and head of quality, health, safety & certifications at O2 (Telefonica UK).

With quality, safety, and sustainability built into everything Churchill does, Andrew’s immediate focus will be to align the QHSE and sustainability function to the current Group strategy to ensure all that we do is responsible, relevant and adding value to our clients.

Andrew will also be working to raise the profile of his new team through an effective communication strategy. This will ensure standardisation and understanding of organisational information that will be available at the right time, every time. This process will include the introduction of a knowledge sharing hub for innovation and continual improvement.

“Churchill has a clear vision and I look forward to being a driving force to making it come to fruition,” said Andrew. “I was particularly impressed with Churchill’s sustainability plans. It’s refreshing to find a company that puts the issue right at the top of its priorities, and I can’t wait to build on the wonderful work that’s already been done.”
