Churchill joins the Forces Families Jobs platform

Forces Families Jobs is an employment and training platform specifically designed to support Service families into meaningful employment and provide opportunities for training and development.

The training platform is provided by the Army Families Federation, that acts as the independent voice of Army families and works hard to improve the quality of life for Army families around the world. The Army Families Federation is often pivotal in achieving improvements for Army families such as changes to Government and military policy.

Joining the Forces Families Jobs platform enables Churchill to directly advertise job roles to the Forces community. This helps to increase accessibility and job opportunities for families that may move to different areas and don’t have access to local job boards or networks in the area.

Louisa Clarke, operations director at Churchill and veteran, commented: “After signing the Armed Forces Covenant, joining the Forces Families Jobs platform was another great way to show our support for the Forces community by opening up avenues and ensuring opportunities are available to them”.

Louisa is now working to drive Churchill’s commitment to ex-armed forces even further by working to achieve the Armed Forces Covenant Silver status next year.
