Churchill operations director, Louisa Clarke shortlisted for “Business Leader of the Year”


Louisa Clarke, operations director has been shortlisted as a finalist for “Business Leader of the Year” in the British Ex-Forces in Business Awards.

Following a ten-year career in the Royal Air Force, Louisa joined Churchill in 2011 and has worked her way through the ranks from contracts manager to operations director in just seven years. Aside from being the first female operational director for the business, Louisa’s progression and achievements have mirrored the successful growth of the business within her operational area and the business as a whole.

The British Ex-Forces in Business Awards is the largest celebration and recognition of ex-military personnel in the UK workforce, and the employers that support current and former members of the British Armed Forces.

The awards are dedicated to providing a platform for uncovering and promoting the achievements of ex-military who are now excelling in the business world, presenting them as important role models for current and future service leavers.
