Churchill secures first international contract

Churchill is delighted to announce its services are multi-national, following its first win in the hospitality sector, an area of future development for the company. This deal sees Churchill branch into the US and EMEA markets.

Brought in to support a leading market disrupter within the hospitality industry, the year-long contract is with Cati, Churchill’s online building compliance management solution.

Cati’s digital interface will help the client to streamline their building and business critical compliance across their international property portfolio. By utilising automated real-time reminders, audit trails and remedial management, Cati will act as a one-stop solution for the client’s compliance and monitoring needs. Cati will allow the client’s staff to keep on top of renewals and remedials, allowing more time and capacity to focus on the work in hand, ensuring smooth-running maintenance of all their hotels across the globe.

Harrison Briggs, solutions manager at Churchill said: “We are thrilled to be an international service provider. This win confirms the success of the businesses’ growth and development over recent years and takes us into exciting new markets – including the EMEA. The contract is a testament to Churchill’s continued investment in technology and bettering our services, as we continue to move into a digital age in FM.”

Cati was awarded the 2019 People in Technology award at the i-FM Technology Awards earlier this year and can now be recognised as a leading international solution. The win sees Churchill embrace the ongoing shift towards a workplace powered by technology and continue to support clients of a diversifying range of backgrounds.
