Keep on doing the right thing


Every year we are enormously grateful for the hard work of every individual in Churchill, and that has never been truer than this year. 2020 has delivered unprecedented challenges and our teams across all of our businesses have risen to deal with the unknown and the need to adapt, flex and shape how we do things.

Like many organisations as the UK went into lockdown, we did not know what would happen, how long it would last for, or the lasting impact this pandemic would have. We readied ourselves to support our clients and colleagues through what has proven to be one of the most turbulent and unpredictable times in history.

As we move in to 2021, we’ve taken the opportunity to reflect on the things we achieved in this most difficult of times. We continued with a clear focus on driving sustainable practices in our industry, furthering our digital transformation work and moving into the next phase of developments to continue to disrupt how things are done in FM. All while supporting our teams with an enhanced wellbeing strategy and working in harmony to cultivate the Churchill culture and values.

The next year will see us push these initiatives even further while also introducing a social value framework that will be fundamental to our growth in 2021. More than ever, our customers want to work with partners that have a social conscience and connect with the communities they operate in. Driven by our passionate team, we will establish a way to work with our clients to have a positive impact on our communities and our planet today and in the future.

Our focus areas of People, Environment and Digital Transformation will continue to guide our strategy into 2021 and beyond. There is no standing still for Churchill.
