Celebrating our 2023 Shining Star winners


On November 23, 2023, we had the honour of hosting our second annual Shining Star Awards at the National Football Museum in Manchester. The event was eagerly anticipated, drawing together approximately 120 colleagues for a memorable ceremony. The evening celebrated the finalists and the remarkable winners who exemplified exceptional behaviour in alignment with our core values: always do right, always seek better, and always put people first.

We received nearly 400 nominations this year for the Shining Star Awards. A heartfelt congratulations goes out to every individual who earned a well-deserved nomination, and, of course, to our outstanding finalists.
