Everyone has a life away from work. Our home and social lives are what make us the people we are. At Churchill, all of our job roles offer a good work-life balance, so you can bring your best self to the workplace.

Your wellbeing is a priority. We run a comprehensive employee wellbeing programme, WellMe, to ensure that every employee can be their best self in the workplace. It’s based on our core values: always do right, always seek better, always put people first.

You’ll have access to an NHS-approved mental health app, My Possible Self, and if you ever need someone to turn to, you can speak to one of our Mental Health First Aiders.
