The Churchill Group appoints Julie Hollins as head of social value

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Julie Hollins as the Group’s new social value lead. Julie is a social value professional who will develop our policies and programmes, particularly involving the covenants we are committed to within our local communities.

Julies’ remit will include supporting our employees to engage with social value initiatives and encouraging team members to explore their own passions when it comes to giving back. Churchill’s membership to covenants such as the employers domestic abuse, armed forces and care leavers covenants will further shape her work in ensuring fair opportunities are given to all.

Julie spent much of her career working for Barclays where she delivered financial wellbeing services to external teams including the armed forces, councils, and private sector companies. Through these workshops, she found her passion for helping others find their independence, whether that be financially or more generally. Her last role as an engagement partner saw her supporting internal employees through wellbeing programs, D&I campaigns, reward and recognition schemes and social value. Now, after 28 years of service, she joins the Churchill team with a wealth of expertise.

Julie Hollins said: “I am so excited to be joining the Churchill team and expand the social value offering. Churchill has a great social value foundation in place and many great initiatives. I will develop these further and ensure social value is embedded throughout our business, and by extension our clients and supply chain partners.”

James Bradley, chief executive officer at The Churchill Group, said: “Julie’s expertise in social value, as well as her enthusiasm and passion, make her the perfect person for this role at Churchill. I look forward to getting involved with her work.”
