Role Description

Our Helpdesk Advisors need to have excellent organisation and communication skills along with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines. This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

  • • To ensure the best Customer Service experience is given to all customers
  • • Provide our customers with product and service information and quotes
  • • To achieve Client and internal KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
  • • Telephone & email – Handle all incoming comms answering queries or transferring as necessary
  • • Raising Invoices for all works carried out.
  • Assisting Operations Team on a daily basis
  • Internal Systems – Document all Customer enquiries, updating with client requests, ensuring notes are updated from request to follow-up calls through to resolution
  • • Client Systems – Co-Ordinate and respond to all, queries and update systems accordingly
  • • Handle all complaints, identify escalations and priority issues, resolving disputes and diffusing complaints in a professional manner.
  • Follow our internal operating procedures and processes including billing, invoicing, purchasing and electronic filling of all relevant client documents

 

 

 

Person specification:

  • • Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, active listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)
  • • Genuine passion for speaking to customers and answering queries, an excellent verbal and written communicator
  • • Positive attitude with a “can do” approach
  • • Ability to problem solve and multi task
  • • Confident with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc.
  • • Effective and efficient time management with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
  • • Good Organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • • Flexible approach for both the business and Customers, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • • Ability to work in a changing and growing organisation
