Churchill’s cleaning division is our longest-established and largest business area — and we’re proud to go beyond traditional expectations. We’re now looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team, working closely with reception to support deliveries, coordinate events, and deliver excellent customer service across our sites.

This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in a job well done, and thrives in a dynamic environment..

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting reception teams with event setup and coordination
  • Managing deliveries and ensuring smooth handling of incoming goods
  • Managing events space hosting guests
  • Responding to customer queries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Helping maintain inventory and restocking supplies as needed
  • Following all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
  • Performing additional tasks as requested by your supervisor or manager

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail and organisation
  • A strong hospitality background
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or a customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings
