Welcome to our Shining Star Awards page. Created to complement our group-wide Shining Stars recognition scheme which celebrates our colleagues who reach for the stars.

On the 7th of December 2022 we held the very first Shining Star Awards at Birmingham’s Millennium Point. Around 130 Churchill colleagues gathered for the eagerly awaited ceremony which celebrated all our fantastic finalists and winners who demonstrated exceptional behaviour that supports our core values of Always do right, Always seek better and Always put people first.

With nearly 400 nominations received, we were really pleased with the uptake for our first awards with so many employees and clients taking the time to get their Churchill colleagues in the spotlight. Employees across the group were recognised for their incredible achievements of creativity, commitment and bravery which has been shown while carrying out their service.
