Welcome to our Shining Star Awards page. Created to complement our group-wide Shining Stars recognition scheme which celebrates our colleagues who reach for the stars.

On the 23rd of November 2023, we held the second annual Shining Star Awards at the National Football Museum in Manchester. Around 120 colleagues gathered for the eagerly awaited ceremony that celebrated all our fantastic finalists and winners who demonstrated exceptional behaviour that supports our core values of always do right, always Seek Better and always put People first.

The programme is applicable to all regions in our cleaning business as well as our transport and Make Ready divisions, Amulet, Radish, CES, Chequers, On Verve, JV Price and Shared Services. This award will be presented to the company or public-sector authority that has done the most to improve, develop and advance the delivery of its FMservice. It is designed to reward those customers who have contributed greatly to an improvement in the standards and perception of the FM industry.
The Judges will be looking for organisations that are driving the industry forward, companies who welcome innovation, who work closely with their FM suppliers and improve the quality of their FM solution as a result
