Governance

Our ESG Governance Structure

The board is the company’s highest governing body and holds ultimate responsibility for sustainability, environmental and climate-related matters, as well as people and governance oversight.

It provides strategic oversight of Churchill Group’s environmental, social, and governance priorities. The ESG committee is chaired by the CEO and includes senior leaders from across the business.

It supports the delivery of ESG initiatives across the business. The Working Group meets monthly to review progress against targets, assess emerging risks and opportunities, align initiatives across business units, and support the integration of ESG considerations into day-to-day operations.
