After deciding I wanted a career change after 5 years, Churchill welcomed me. I had very little admin experience when I started, but I definitely feel like I have been given the right opportunities to progress and improve my communication skills. I have also had the opportunity to take part in a Mental Health First Aid course.
I joined Churchill in October 2022 on a 12-month IT Service Desk apprenticeship. I`m now four months into the programme and am really enjoying being part of a friendly and supportive team where my contributions are appreciated and recognised with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop.

You’ll study part-time for a practical qualification like an NVQ, while working part time in one of our entry level facilities management jobs. Apprenticeships are available in all areas of facilities management.

With our apprenticeships, there’s always a small element of formal learning that leads you to an NVQ, so you may spend a few hours a week in a college or with a dedicated training provider. Most of your training will be done while on the job, so if full time further education isn’t for you – getting an entry level job through one of our schemes can be the perfect option for your next step.
